That time of year…Property Taxes Due

The holidays are almost here and it’s unfortunate that the property tax bill may be cramping your holiday spending.  By now, California homeowners should have received their property tax bill.  The 1st installment is due in November and late by December.

If you purchased a new home in 2015, you may want to double check your taxes are paid.  As a homeowner you will still be held liable if you didn’t get a bill.  To see what months you are liable paying based off your closing date, refer to the link below. You can always contact your lender if you have questions.
