Weekly Real Estate Market Watch: October 25-November 1, 2011

San Benito County Real Estate Market Watch

The final week of October has a lot of real estate activity, but it is not enough for the active home buyers who are looking for their property.  Over the week we had 30 homes change to pending an only 19 new listings, so the property are not staying on the market before an accepted offer.  Buyers are being aggressive with their offers, as the current Hollister market will not allow uncommitted viewers.  Ten homes changed to SOLD, but Intero has seen October as a slower home purchase month out of the year.

Hollister, Tres Pinos, San Juan Bautista, and other towns in San Benito County need homes for all the buyers to purchase.  If you know someone who is struggling, you now know a knowledgeable and professional real estate agent to help you through the housing market.

*Remember that the nationwide real estate market does not mean it is your real estate market, use your local real estate agent. For San Benito, Santa Clara, and Monterey real estate questions ask Kristen Jurevich, Realtor, CDPE, with Intero Real Estate Services 831.635.6719
